Possibility to be flexible in terms of dates on request to the owner. Reservations are set up from Saturday to Saturday.

This 300 m2 house on a 2100 m2 enclosed plot with a private and heated 10M swimming pool overlooks the bay of Talloires. Facing south, it enjoys an exceptional view of the lake and the Bauges massif. It has a reception lounge-dining room (3 rooms in a row of 87 m2) which opens onto a gallery-terrace
covered (30 M2). There are 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 with bacon lake view, 2 with terrace and lake view, 2 with mountain view);
DEPOSIT: 3000 euros by check (not banked) or bank transfer. Security deposit returned at the end of the stay.
HOUSEHOLD obligatory: 200 euros unless agreed with the owner.
EVENING / EVENTS NOT AUTHORIZED
OPTIONS:
-Sheets, duvet covers and towels: 30 euros per person.
-pool open from May 1 to September 30 (except special request made to the owner).
- rental from Saturday to Saturday unless agreed by the owner.
