Sleeps up to 6 people.
Chalet on 3 levels:
- garage (gate height of 2.10 m which can be limiting) and boiler room (separate room) with washing machine (behind boiler) and freezer;
- First level: living-dining room (with bench convertible into a 140cm bed, TV with DVD player), fireplace (with insert), kitchen area (fridge, microwave combination oven, traditional cooking, 4 electric hotplates, washing machine crockery, kitchen utensils, including combination stone / raclette oven, fondue machine, etc.), bedroom (double bed 140cm), bathroom (bath, sink), separate WC, balcony, large terrace on the kitchen side ;
- 2nd level: bedroom (with retractable bench / bed, convertible into 2 beds or a 160cm double bed), bathroom (WC and sink), small balcony.

Front of the chalet: south exposure with view of the Aravis mountain range.

Calm (set back from departmental 16).
The path 'under the Rock' also serves other chalets and ends in a dead end.
