Large patio of 70 m2 fully enclosed, not overlooked, flowery and very quiet, sunny all day, ideal for meals and rest away from the bustle of the city. It is equipped with a large table, a barbecue / plancha, comfortable armchairs, deckchairs and a lighting system for the evening. Ideal for the day and long convivial evenings.
1 bathroom and 2 large shower rooms, 3 independent toilets
Town center: station 50 m, shops 20 m, fishing port 300 m and large beach 400 m
The house is just as pleasant and comfortable for 6 to 15 people (no sofa beds or other unpleasant surprises).

To be paid on site:
. End of stay cleaning: 90 euros (instead of 190 euros)
The cleaning will be carried out by a specialized company after your departure (just like before your arrival).
. Sheets provided / 11 beds made: 70 euros (instead of 150 euros)
The 11 beds (4 double beds and 7 single beds) will be made up on your arrival
