In the Ardèche on the edge of a garrigue and holm oaks, 120 m2 house with comfortable kitchen opening onto a shaded 20m2 terrace, 3 bedrooms, one of which is large with bathroom, another bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms, 2 wc.
Towels provided, sheets provided.
Swimming pool 4 x 8m below, not overlooked, to be shared with the owner, who will give you priority.
If you like walking we will offer you various walks to do starting from the house directly through the garrigue, walks that can last 1, 2, 3 hours or more depending on your desires, deserted and steep places, smells of thyme, lavender, song of cicadas ...
If you are brave you can visit, on foot from the house, some typical villages like St Laurent sous Coiron, Mirabel, Louyre,
If you take the car you will then have within a radius of 20 km, villages like Balazuc, Vogüe (classified among the most beautiful villages in France) Antraïgues sur Volane also (village where Jean Ferrat lived) and many other sites as well on Aubenas and its magnificent 12th century medieval castle.
It is in Aubenas (10 km) nearest town that one finds all the conveniences.

Lussas is located at the limit of what is called the Ardèche "with butter" and the Ardèche "with oil".
To the north, half an hour away, you are in the freshness of the Coiron and at the beginning of the Ardèche plateau with its lakes, St Martial, Coucouron, Issarlès, Mont Gerbier de Joncs (famous because the Loire takes its source there), with also its trout wedges and its traditional charcuterie ... Country of cow and fatty grass hence its qualification of Ardèche with butter ...
From Lussas and further south, this is the southern part of the department, with a wide taste of Provence, with its garrigue, its olive trees (hence Ardèche in oil ...) the gorges of the Ardèche and its vertiginous and wild parade, in the limestone of the rocks, the river has hollowed out caves, potholes and canyons like the Cirque de la Madeleine as well as the Pont d'Arc a superb arch of 66 meters opening .
Also around many caves on a guided tour (aven d'Orgnac, aven Marzal, la Cocalière ...)
Exceptional and one of the most beautiful works of its kind: the replica of the Pont d'Arc Cave (Chauvet cave)

   The week following that of August 15 in Lussas take place the general states of the documentary film, existing for more than 20 years this festival, internationally known, gathered near 5000 professionals and amateurs.

Decreasing 2nd week -10% on the cheapest week ---- Total 2 weeks high season 1200+ 1080 = 2280 €

Cleaning 60 € only if necessary.
