Each apartment has its own enclosed private garden (entry is through the garden).

The car park, reserved for the residence, is closed by barrier.

The Sables Blancs beach and the Thalasso are 100 meters from the apartment.

Also close to the city center, the covered market, the port and the walled city on foot.
Market: Monday and Friday in Concarneau.

All amenities are nearby: pharmacy, bread store, coffee terraces facing the beach, small specialty restaurants.
