The house, largely recently renovated, is located 350 meters from the large Royan beach (2.5 kilometers of fine sand with children's club, sand yachting, and 'kite surfing' for sports enthusiasts), in an environment beautiful and very quiet. Four bedrooms (two of which have outside access), three shower rooms, three toilets, lounge-veranda, dining room, open-plan kitchen, four terraces, and a 1,000-square-meter garden to rest under the tall pines rocked by the murmur surf. The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, hairdryer, five-burner stove, nespresso coffee machine, CD player, DVD player, cable TV, stereo, garden furniture, gas barbecue ...) and it has Wi Fi. Linens can be provided at an additional cost. To stock up, a convenience store is 250 meters away. No parking problem in front of the house, even with several cars, but you can also park on the property.

Royan is a very pleasant city, the air is invigorating, the atmosphere relaxed, and you can choose the sea according to your tastes: calm and quiet at the mouth of the Gironde (the large beach near the house), much more hectic a few kilometers away, on the wild coast. For the rest, the resort offers almost all possible distractions: golf, horse riding, tennis, sailing school, jet ski rental, fishing, tree climbing, quad biking, sea trips, cycle paths, volleyball, miniclub, windsurfing board sailing, parachuting, bowling, rides, walks in the Médoc cellars (on the other side of the Estuary, a quarter of an hour by ferry) or at the Cordouan lighthouse, the first structure in France to have been classified as a monument historical... And for foodies, the famous large covered market, an architectural feat of the 1950s, offers an incredible profusion of fish, oysters, crustaceans ... and Charentes melons.

Electricity is the responsibility of the traveler. To pay at the exit.

A 750 € deposit check will be requested upon arrival. It will not be cashed and will be returned to you upon your departure.
