Apartment

The apartment is located on Grazel beach (direct access to the beach - no road to cross) and includes private, secure parking (closed). It offers a direct view of the beach where from the apartment you can watch children bathe (there is also a security station). Quiet, but less than 100 m from shops (caterer, hairdressers, restaurant, baker, pharmacy, doctors ... and even a supermarket: Intermarché), it is also less than 200 m from the marina where there are other restaurants, markets on Fridays and summer events. The terrace is closed by a veranda, allowing to eat, dine facing the sea ... even in winter.
