Located in a quiet residential area, on the heights of Carqueiranne and 5 minutes drive from the sea, Provençal style house has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom; a covered terrace (20 m2) very nice for lunches and dinners with barbecue and a garden of 1500 m2, fully enclosed with a spa (5 places °) to the front of the house with a solar outdoor shower (very convenient to rinse) and a solarium on a wooden deck and a bowling green at the back.
The garden at the front of the house has been converted into a dry garden '.

Living near the house, I will come to you no problem if necessary.

The kitchen and living room were refurbished in 2012 and the external surroundings at the entrance of the house.

The garden at the rear of the house has a relaxation area with two chairs
(great for naps !!!) near the bowling green under the centenary white oak. The cottage garden has been converted into a small room (bring extra on the price for a 5th person possible.)

The whole garden is fully landscaped.

The house has two separate bedrooms on the first level of the house; one south side of 11 m2 and the other east side of 10 m2. Each has two cabinets for storing clothes and a comfortable bed; all the furniture is antique Louis Philippe style and limed old. The south room has a flat screen TV.

Some stairs with a trompe l'oeil provide access to the closed kitchen and living room.

It has a beautiful sea view from the kitchen, the living room, the terrace and from one of the rooms.

One old building, the house remains cool in summer and functional.

You can go easily on foot to the village center located about 700 meters and enjoy the beautiful Provencal market on Thursday morning.
