Access to the apartment is via an external staircase of 40 steps to descend to access the ground floor of the house, it is located on the 2nd and last floor of this character property dating from the 1900s, the apartment is completely renovated and very comfortable, it benefits from a superb view overlooking the beach, the sea and the archipelago of the 7 islands. The apartment can accommodate 6 to 8 people with 3 bedrooms. Its surface area is approximately 70 m² and includes a large, bright living room (4K TV, PlayStation 3, Wi-Fi) with a well-equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, induction hob, microwave, espresso machine), 1 bathroom, a shower room with a hydromassage shower and hammam, and a toilet.

Weekend rentals are available outside of school holidays upon request.

Water and electricity charges are based on the tenant's actual consumption (online meter reading via the EDF app) (€5 per m³ of water).
The cleaning fee is €80 for a standard end-of-stay cleaning package.
Bed and bath linens are provided upon request at a rate of €35 for 1 double bed + 2 bath sets and €25 for 1 single bed + 1 bath set.
