Not far from the Gorges de l'Ardèche ( 10 km ), the festival of Avignon ( 40 km ), the Gallo-roman sites of the Pont du Gard, Orange, Vaison la romaine, we'll be happy to welcome you at Pont Saint Esprit in a residence with character, a place where you could restore even go sightseeing.
You'll live in an old, semi-detached house of 190 m2 with good insulation
On the ground floor, 115 m2 a furnished kitchen, a living-room full of light thanks to a large picture-window,a dining-room and an arched room.
On the first floor, 38 m2, a room with its bathroom,including a bath and a dressing room.
On the second floor, 38 m2, another room with its bathroom, including a shower
A barbecue set, a 9 x 5 swimming-pool and enclosed garden of 1000 m2, planted with trees and a private sheltered car park.

There is no bathroom or WC on the ground floor.
