Apartment, upstairs, located above an unoccupied room, facing south, at the end of a closed driveway, away from traffic, in the middle of a private enclosed garden with trees, with terrace.
This rental (2-star label) is completely independent, a few minutes (half an hour on foot) from the beach, Authie Bay and close to shops.
Price with tourist tax and charges included:
Optional: cleaning fee: 30 euros, sheets 7 euros / bed.
From 27/06 to 29/08: 450 euros / week other periods 300 euros
A deposit of 150 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on departure, deductions made for any damage or the cleaning fee if the tenants do not wish to do so.
Minimum rental period: 7 days
We send a rental contract directly, in which you can choose the options if you wish.
