This small 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a beautiful building with double entrances, one on the sea side and one on the city side.
The apartment overlooks the city side and enjoys a view of the mountains that surround Menton.
It consists of an entrance room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with mezzanine and a bathroom with toilet.

Menton is a pretty little town on the French Riviera, located between the Principality of Monaco and Italy.

Although at the edge of the Mediterranean, the city is surrounded by a magnificent mountain circus.

This very particular geographic configuration means that Menton benefits from a very mild climate, even in winter.

This can be seen very particularly in the numerous and magnificent gardens of the city where it is possible to find very specific species and which very often are found on other continents.
