Beautiful Norman house (250m²) on the beach with magnificent views of the sea from all the rooms, a 1500 m² garden, only 5 minutes away from Deauville ! High speed internet.

An exceptional location : right on the beach, the house is enough isolated from the city center while being only 5 minutes away from it (by car) and from all the stores (more details below).

Made up of 3 floors, the house is composed of 4 bedrooms (10 beddings) and 3 bathrooms :

2nd floor :
- 3 double bedrooms (1 160x200 bed with a flat TV screen, 2 140x200 beds)
- 1 bathroom with sea view !
- 1 independent restroom

1st floor :
- 1 big living room with great sound system, 360° sea view, working wood chimney
- 1 big terrace with a wood table and chairs
- 1 big dining room (capacity of 12 people)
- 1 perfeclty equipped kitchen with sea view !
- 1 independent restroom

Garden floor :
- 1 big room with a double bed (180x200) and 2 simple beds (90x190) with a connected shower room (with integrated restroom and bidet)
- Option (free of charge) : you can add a baby bed and a baby chair
- 1 big living room with a flat TV screen, amazing Bose sound system, big corner sofa, ...)
- 1 laundry room fully equipped (washing and drying machine)
- A charming 1500m2 garden that encircles the house with tables and loungers and a plancha

Many stores and activities closed to the house :
- shops : delicious bakery (3mn walking), supermarket (10mn walking), organic supermarket (in Touques, 10mn by car), Deauville market (5mn by car)
- Activities : children's club (1 mn walking), tennis, horse riding, sailing and kayaking, thalassotherapy, olympic swimming pool (Deauville and Trouville), racecourse, golf, casino, movie theater, American and Asian film festival, ....
- High quality restaurants on the beach : Ciro's, Sunset, La Folie Douce, etc.
- Pharmacy, private general hospital, doctors, osteopaths, etc.
- Airport : St-Gatien airport 15 min away by car (direct flights for London, 4 times a week)

You will see, depending on the tides and the seasons, angling fishermen, fishing boats (scallop fishing in winter). Shells to be gathered on the beach (cockles, razor shells, grey shrimps),
Early in the morning there are horses on the beach. You will be able to admire them before seeing them again on the racecourse.

The house has a high speed internet connection working in all rooms.

Rental dates :
- During the school holidays, you can only rent the house for one week minimum (from Saturday to Saturday)
- Out of school holidays, you can rent the house on the week-ends or during the week with a minimum of 3 days

Bed sheets and towels in option : 25€/pers/week

Additional charges : water, gaz, electricity and 5h housekeeping when you leave (250€)
Additional housekeeping : 20€/hour

Housekeeping available during your stay depending on the availabilities of the housekeeper.
