Heated swimming pool! Free Wifi. In an outstanding location amidst almond and olive groves and with magnificent views of the land and Mountains. The villa is located on a country road, with a short drive from the road to the house. It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and lovely terraces, some being shaded to enjoy outdoors dinners. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to a comfortable standard. The villa comprises the main house with 3 double bedrooms and an attached apartment, with separate entrance which has 2 further double bedrooms and a second living room.


All our villas are located in a wonderful natural environment and in quiet areas of the village. That is why these houses are ideal for vacations for families and groups who seek these characteristics and appreciate them. Please note, therefore, that the villas are not suitable and are not available for loud parties.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.
Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coast road before you turn for Comares is superb.

The village of Comares, the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is 5 minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.

The swimming pool is open all year.
Pool heating is available from 01 April to 15 November at an additional cost of 190 euros per week.
Monthly rental rates (28 days or more) do not include electricity. This is charged separately at 0.35 euros per KW.

Klimaanlage Kosten: 30 Euro pro Woche ist im Ort für Ihre Ankunft, danach zahlen Sie für das, was Sie verwenden. Die durchschnittlichen Kosten sind 1 Euro für 1 Stunde je nach der Temperatur, die Sie eingestellt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Klimaanlage nur in allen Schlafzimmern zur Verfügung steht.


You must pay a refundable damage deposit of € 500 on arrival, which we ask to be paid by bank card. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of your departure. This cannot be done on the day of your departure, due to many clients leaving houses/apartments on the same day. Please make sure our office or your caretaker has your bank details in order to return the deposit. Thank you!
