Brick house located in a quiet area of Le Crotoy.
It is close to shops, the port, cycle paths, the Baie de Somme railway, a public garden and about 10 minutes' walk from the beach.

She is composed:
- a dining / living room with television, DVD player
- a kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, one bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower and sink
- an independent toilet
- a washing machine
 All on the ground floor.

You can enjoy an enclosed courtyard, perfect for your animals and small children, which includes a garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue and 2 deckchairs.

Rue du Marquenterre is a paying street, at 1 € per hour but we can offer you, if you wish, a flat rate of 5 euros per day, valid throughout the town.
Note that there are also nearby non-paying streets.
