Space, light and comfort, this flat has everything to offer for relaxing and peaceful holidays. VILLA HAMON has a direct access to the sea and a shared swimming pool (with 4 other flats. Sport, shopping, outdoor activities are all close for an enjoyable stay.

The air conditioned flat is situated on the first floor which gives superb views on the sea, the pool and the private gardens and is composed of:
- 3 double bedrooms with each 2 single bed 80x200 (being put together for queen bed)
- 3 bath/shower rooms
- Living room and dining room with panoramic views of the sea.
- Open plan kitchen with bar and all the utensils needed.
- Big terraces for evening drinks or breakfasts with outdoor furniture.
- Possibility of parking indoors and out.
Pool is shared (with 4 other flats) secure and the property has direct private access to beach and sea.

House Rules:
VILLA HAMON caters for families with young children.
- Only 6 persons (+1 baby) can stay. No subletting.
- Linen is not included but can be rented (12 euros per person).
- Electricity bills are not included in the rentals and charged based on consumption.
- Water bills are included only for July/August rentals and charged, based on consumption, from September to June (included).
- Gardens are private. Pool is shared and secure, please respect the poolside rules.
