it is a house in local stone, not overlooked, independent without being totally isolated, in a rural, calm and green setting. It is reached by a path which then goes into the forest; You have a perfectly maintained garden of 1000m2 in front of the house, not fenced (but the path is not very passenger).
The house is well exposed and bright at all hours of the day.
It is spacious and comfortable, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
you can access it by choice of the kitchen, or the living room arranged around the fireplace (where you will enjoy a little surge in the autumn or early spring evenings).
A staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms.
You will enjoy the outdoor terrace, flowered and shaded, meals and naps under the arbor, and the view of the countryside and the surrounding woods.
