Independent storey villa in a quiet location on vineyard nearby house owner within the massif of Uchaux. Very nice view of the valley, planted with vineyards and forests. Pets allowed after agreement. Lots of character: exposed beams in every room, 'tomette' in the great room and kitchen ... Nearby you will find many pretty villages such as Grignan, Valréas, Nyons, Crest ... You can either relax on the terrace protected by an olive tree or next to the house under the pines, or excursions to the Ardèche Gorges (canoeing, kayaking, tree climbing) in the cities of Avignon, Arles and Nîmes and even up Camargue (Saintes Maries de la Mer and Acute Dead) (1:15 by car) .The cyclists can visit the Mont Ventoux and mountain bike enthusiasts can play their favorite sport by taking the tours offered by the Tourist Office. Many theater and music festivals are held during the summer.
Cyclists can join the Mont Ventoux or make more or less long courses (Monts de Vaucluse for example) starting from the house or nearby (plans given at the arrival).
ATV enthusiasts can indulge in their favorite sport by taking the tours proposed by the Tourist Office and those we can recommend them from the house. In addition, a mountain bike base labeled FFCT has just been created in Saint-Paul-Trois-Chateaux (10km from Bollène) with 14 circuits and 320km of trails (descriptive sheet for each circuit indicating the level of difficulty available on the website of the City of Saint-Paul).
For runners and trailers, it is paradise: possibility to run on small roads in the countryside or on the contrary on many paths shaded or not with little or much altitude, and this just out of the house. For the more experienced, the rise of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail are demanding drives, but rewarded by magnificent views. Finally, for those who want to run on flat (semi preparation and marathons) there is possibility to reach in 15 minutes by car the Donzere-Mondragon Canal or the Rhone, and there roads or flat roads follow these waterways .
