In Sanary, experience the charm of Provence at "La Cantilène," a charming Provençal bastide facing south, sheltered from the mistral wind in a quiet and exclusive neighborhood!

This beautiful 160 m² house is nestled in a seaside area. The sea is just steps from the pool: a small cove less than 5 minutes away at the end of the private driveway, and a fine sandy beach 200 meters away.

The best part: Its swimming pool features a biological lining, made of chukum, a natural resin from a Mexican tree. The pool water is treated by salt electrolysis. No chlorine to sting the eyes, nor any harmful chemicals. And a shallow end perfect for children!

A delightful garden with two terraces: one under a canopy with a large dining table, and the other, a teak deck by the pool with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun or under the shade of parasols.

Four air-conditioned bedrooms with comfortable beds, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Some upstairs bedrooms offer a glimpse of the nearby sea through the pine trees.

You are a 5-minute drive from the center of Sanary, its authentic fishing port, and its famous Provençal market, awarded "Most Beautiful Market in France."

You can take the charming coastal road that runs along the sea (a 30-minute walk, magical at sunset!). It's also the ideal route to avoid the Wednesday traffic jams, the day of the large Provençal market.

Parking for 2 vehicles is available on the property.

Bed linen is not provided but can be rented directly (approximately €100-€150/week depending on the number of people) and will be available upon arrival.
Final cleaning fee: €180.
Security deposit: uncashed check (for French residents) to be given to the owner, or an ABRITEL credit card imprint.

Arrival and departure on Saturday. During peak season, minimum stay is 1 week; 2 weeks are preferred.
