Upon entering, you will find a separate toilet and a fully renovated, spacious bathroom. The living room, air-conditioned and bright, is furnished with a sofa bed and opens onto a fully equipped, functional open kitchen, with direct views of the canals.

The air-conditioned bedroom features a 140 cm double bed and two fold-away bunk beds, with balcony access, providing a comfortable space for the whole family.

You will also enjoy a beautiful south-facing balcony, perfect for meals or simply admiring the canal views.

NEW: Bed linen and towels are included in all our rentals, provided that the booking is finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations made less than 7 days before arrival, linen will not be provided.
