This two-bedroom, air-conditioned pavilion with a mezzanine can accommodate up to six people.
It is a non-smoking property.
There is private carport 2m height at the rear of the property with space for bicycles, beach equipment, padel tennis equipment, etc.
Bed linen and towels are available to hire upon reservation.
A Minibox Wi-Fi device is also available to hire.

The rear entrance opens onto a large, enclosed terrace where you can park your vehicle in a carport and safely store bicycles and beach equipment in a padlocked storage area, which is equipped with an external water tap.
The ground floor comprises a large storage and laundry area with a washing machine, a bathroom with WC, shower and washbasin, an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and French TV channels, a loggia with a table and six chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen with a three-ring ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a classic coffee maker, a Dolce Gusto machine, a kettle and a dishwasher. There is also a separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed (140 x 190 cm) and its own bathroom with a toilet and a washbasin.

The mezzanine, which has a 1 m railing, contains two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that are not suitable for small children or people with difficulty climbing stairs due to the risk of falling.

The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Access to the swimming pool in the residence with two badges.

The Ayguades neighbourhood is located halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, which is part of the municipality of Gruissan. It is appreciated for its tranquillity, lake, local shops, market and long, wide sandy beaches.
The lake offers the opportunity to practise windsurfing and other water sports safely, without the risk of drifting too far out to sea (ideal for beginners). The Île Bleue residence, which has a communal swimming pool that is generally open from mid-June to mid-September, welcomes you!
