Upon entering this 4-room apartment, you step into a bright living room filled with natural light, opening onto a loggia with sea views, perfect for enjoying meals or simply soaking up the sea breeze.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, recommended only for occasional use.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials to cook comfortably during your stay.

The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm) with sea view and air conditioning, for peaceful nights.
Bedroom 2: two single beds pushed together, private bathroom with WC, and air conditioning, ideal for a couple or two children.
Bedroom 3: bunk beds with a trundle bed, equipped with air conditioning, perfect for children or teenagers.

1 separate WC

Please note:
The living room is not air-conditioned, but has a ceiling fan for added comfort.
No internet access.
Recommended maximum capacity: 7 people.
One parking space is included in the residents’ parking lot.

NEW: Bed linen and towels are included in all our rentals, provided the booking is finalized and paid in full at least 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, bed linen and towels will not be provided.

Additional Information:

Linen is delivered as packs corresponding to the number of guests declared at booking. Bed-making service available at an extra charge.

No linen change will be provided unless requested at least 2 weeks in advance (paid service).

No extra linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.

An additional fee applies for any extra guest.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included — optional cleaning service available.

Tourist tax to be paid separately.

Pets are not allowed (except with written authorization from the agency).

The signed rental agreement must be returned to the agency; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.

Security deposit via credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.

Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday opening only from May to September).

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning for a 3-bedroom apartment : 145 €.
