Upon entering the apartment, you will find on your left a pleasant air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, ideal for restful nights.
Nearby, a separate toilet and a modern shower room complete the sleeping area.

The bright, air-conditioned living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing meals in a friendly atmosphere.
This living space then leads to a charming terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the canals a truly picturesque scene at any time of the day.

Please note:
The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
There is no internet access.
A parking space in a closed garage.

NEW: Bed linen and towels are included in all our rentals, provided the booking is finalized and paid in full at least 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, bed linen and towels will not be provided.

Additional Information:

-Linen is delivered as packs corresponding to the number of guests declared at booking. Bed-making service available at an extra charge.
-No linen change will be provided unless requested at least 2 weeks in advance (paid service).
-No extra linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
-An additional fee applies for any extra guest.
-End-of-stay cleaning is not included optional cleaning service available.
-Tourist tax to be paid separately.
-Pets are not allowed (except with written authorization from the agency).
-The signed rental agreement must be returned to the agency; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.
-Security deposit via credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.

Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday opening only from May to September).

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning for 1-bedroom apartment : 95 €.
