Located in Port Grimaud Sud, this spacious house with a private pool offers an ideal setting for a holiday by the canal. Upon arrival, a closed patio allows secure parking for one vehicle.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with a semi-open kitchen, guest toilets, and a laundry area.
The first floor has three bedrooms: one with a single bed, one with a 160 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom, and one with a large single bed (120 cm), plus an independent shower room with toilet.
The second floor features a master suite with a 160 cm double bed, open-style bathroom, toilet, and private solarium.

Outside, enjoy a south-facing riverside terrace, a private pool, and an 11 m x 3.80 m mooring for a motorboat (no sailboats).

WIFI, air conditioning (living room and two bedrooms), shops and restaurants nearby. One parking space included.

NEW: bed linen and towels are included for any booking finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival. For bookings shorter than 7 days, linen is not provided. Please specify the number of guests to prepare the linen.
