From the moment you enter, you will discover an air-conditioned living area where the modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room. Large openings lead to the double terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun or sharing meals overlooking the canal.

On the first floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms await you, each equipped with a double bed made up of two joined 90 cm single beds. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this level.

On the second floor, two additional air-conditioned bedrooms, also equipped with double beds (two joined 90 cm single beds), continue this peaceful atmosphere. One of the bedrooms features a private balcony, and a shower room with WC is also available on this floor.

NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included for all reservations finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, linen is not provided.

9:00 am – 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday
(Saturdays only from May to September)
