Located on the 2nd floor of Port Grimaud 1 beach, this 4-room apartment offers the perfect setting for a seaside getaway.

The bright living room, thanks to its large bay window, allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides all the comfort you need to prepare your meals.

The apartment has three bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

You will also enjoy a magnificent sea view and direct access to the beach, a true privilege for a vacation by the water.

-Linen is delivered as packs corresponding to the number of guests declared at booking. Bed-making service available at an extra charge.
-No linen change will be provided unless requested at least 2 weeks in advance (paid service).
-No extra linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
-An additional fee applies for any extra guest.
-End-of-stay cleaning is not included optional cleaning service available.
-Tourist tax to be paid separately.
-Pets are not allowed (except with written authorization from the agency).
-The signed rental agreement must be returned to the agency; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.
-Security deposit via credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.

Opening hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday opening only from May to September).

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning for a 3-bedroom apartment : 145 €.
