First floor – 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2023)

• One bedroom with balcony, 160×200 bed and large wardrobe
• Two bedrooms with 140×190 beds and storage
• One half-landing bedroom with:
• one 140×190 bed
• one 90×190 bed

Bathroom with window including:
• bathtub
• WC
• large vanity unit and storage

All bedding is fitted with mattress and pillow protectors, changed after each stay.

Outdoor areas
• Large 30 m² terrace with:
• dining table for up to 10 guests
• armchairs and parasols
• large stone barbecue

Summer kitchen with:
• sink
• cooker
• fridge / freezer
• Private saltwater swimming pool (6 × 3.5 m) with:
• secure electric cover
• travertine terrace and synthetic lawn
• sun loungers and parasols

Direct access to the terrace and swimming pool from the kitchen and living room.

Stay information
• Rentals from Saturday to Saturday (weekly or fortnightly)

• Personal welcome on arrival and departure
• Pool maintenance provided during the stay


🏡 Good to know / House rules (green version)

• The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
It is particularly suitable for families or respectful groups of friends, with consideration for neighbours, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

• The swimming pool is for private use and remains under the full responsibility of the guests.

• For safety reasons and to preserve the facilities, ball games are not permitted in the swimming pool.

• 🐾 For hygiene reasons and to ensure everyone’s comfort, we are unfortunately unable to accept pets (dogs and cats) in the property.
