The Cocoonr agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Férel. It has a surface area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

This lovely property comprises a 40 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 2,200 m² garden. Wi-Fi is included — we look forward to welcoming you!

On the ground floor, you will find:
- A 40 m² living room with a smart TV, fireplace and seating area
- A separate kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and a hob.
- A dining room
- Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
- A separate toilet
- A sleeping area with space for a baby's cot and changing table.

On the first floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 2, which is located on a closed mezzanine with glass partitions. This bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a TV.
- Bedroom 3 has a double bed (140x190).
- A sleeping area (Bedroom 4) with a double bed (140 x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 5 with two bunk beds (90x190), sleeping four
- A bathroom with a shower
- Separate toilet

For added comfort, the owners have provided a barbecue, a high chair, a washing machine, a baby bed, an iron and an ironing board.

Outside:
- A private, heated swimming pool (9 m x 5 m) with a lockable cover and dome for added security. It is south-facing and available for use from 1 May to 30 September (heated from April to September).
- Outdoor games available: pétanque, palet breton and Mölkky
- A beautiful 2,200 m² enclosed garden and a terrace all around to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Férel, in a quiet neighbourhood in the countryside.
A bakery, a small supermarket and a tobacconist's are within walking distance, about 10 minutes away.

- Major supermarket chains in Herbignac: 7 minutes by car
- Pénestin beach: 9 minutes by car
- Canoeing and kayaking: 7 minutes by car
- Arzal marina: 7 minutes by car
- La Baule beach: 30 minutes by car

Transport:
A car is essential if you want to get around easily in the Férel area.
The large private driveway allows travellers to park in complete peace of mind, with space for six or more vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest station: Pontchâteau station – located about 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Saint-Nazaire-Montoir Airport (SNR) – about 24 km away

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- The fireplace is functional. The first basket of logs is provided free of charge and each additional basket will be charged at £5 (payable on site).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
