Welcome to La Rochelle, to this beautiful house with a private pool, ideal for a stay with family or friends, all year round.
In summer, enjoy sunny days between beaches and swimming.
Out of season, savor the calm, the gentle sea air, and bike rides.
The house has an enclosed garden and a furnished terrace, perfect in all seasons.
An ideal location for exploring La Rochelle and its surroundings at your own pace.

Offering every comfort, it has four cozy bedrooms:
- one bedroom upstairs with a 6' bed;
- one bedroom on the ground floor with a 6' bed;
- and two other bedrooms, each with a 3' bed.

The house has a shower room and a large bathroom upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room that opens onto the living room.

Modern amenities at your disposal: 60x120 baby cot (with mattress), Wifi, television, washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, raclette machine, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and much more.

The pool is open from April to September.

For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
