🐾 Pets
Pets are welcome upon prior request at the time of booking.
A €50 fee per pet per week applies.
Pet owners are asked to ensure that their pets:
-do not climb on sofas, beds or furniture,
-do not cause any damage inside or outside the apartment,
-and that all waste is collected before departure.

Failure to comply or any damage may result in a deduction from the security deposit to cover cleaning or repair costs.

💳 Security deposit

A €1,000 security deposit is required via the secure online service Swikly, to be completed before arrival
The amount is neither charged nor blocked and does not affect your card limit.
Within 7 days after departure, and subject to compliance with the rental terms and the apartment being returned in perfect condition, the deposit is automatically released.
