It includes a shower room with shower, washbasin, and toilet.



The fully equipped open-plan kitchen opens onto the living area, with direct access to a balcony offering a stunning sea view.



Kitchen amenities include: oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric hob, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster.



The living area also provides two mattresses (90 x 200 cm).
