Welcome to L'Écrin d'Opale, a spacious 60m² character apartment located on the 1st floor of the "Les Écrins de la Haute-Ville" residence.

Nestled in a building from the 1920s, it has retained all its Art Deco charm: antique parquet flooring, high ceilings, and a marble fireplace.

Its masterpiece? A superb bow-window that floods the living room with light and offers a soothing view of the Rue de la Balance. Ideally suited for reading or playing a game of chess (our signature!).

We have made rest our priority with a "Family Suite" layout designed for peace of mind:

- Privacy & Layout: A door separates the two rooms, ensuring privacy for parents.

Note of transparency: Access to the bathroom is through the children's room, a typical layout in these historic homes that families appreciate for safety.
