The Cocoonr agency offers this charming apartment for rent in Les Angles, within walking distance of the ski resort. It has a surface area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Located on the lower ground floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 17 m² living room with a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 7 m² east-facing balcony with furniture (available from May to September) to enjoy sunny days. Unobstructed view of Lake Matemale

For added comfort, the owners provide: a sandwich maker, a waffle iron, and games for children (books, board games, cards).

The apartment is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

The shuttle bus passes in front of the residence every 15 minutes to take you either to the start of the Pla del Mir or to the village cable cars during the ski season (mid-December to mid-March).
However, it is possible to reach the La Baliu slope on foot, which is about 150 m away.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's private parking lot (one private space).

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train stations: Mont Louis 7 miles - Latour de Carol 24 miles
- Nearest airport: Perpignan 60 miles
