The dining room, bedroom, and living room all have direct access to a large, north-facing balcony of approximately 13 m², offering a peaceful and unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery. Recently renovated, the apartment is fully equipped and designed for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi/Internet access is included.
A Carrefour Market supermarket and a newsagent/tobacconist are located approximately 600 meters away, while the municipal market is a nine-minute bike ride away via the cycle path at the foot of the building, or about a twenty-minute walk.
Pets are not allowed. Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). End-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the accommodation is kept in normal condition during the rental period. This furnished tourist accommodation was awarded 3 stars by Gironde Tourisme in January 2026.
