Living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a convenient south-facing veranda for meals, opening onto a small garden with outdoor furniture, a shower room, and a toilet. 1 parking space. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (80cm) with storage (ceiling height less than 1.80m). Steep stairs.

Amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, toaster, television.

Location: Approximately 500m from the beach, 1200m from the shopping centre, and 1600m from the town centre.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. Cleaning service available upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided, but reservations are possible (please notify us in advance).
Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.
Pets are not allowed.
