Holiday rental in Sète: Charming 35 m² apartment, located in a quiet, leafy residence, 100 m from the beach. Situated on the ground floor of a peaceful, wooded complex, it features a lovely shaded terrace. The apartment comprises a living room with a sofa, TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob). There is a bedroom with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed (140 cm), and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. In the entrance hall, you will find a large closet with a washing machine. A parking space is reserved for this apartment (number 106). Pets are not allowed. Late arrival is possible for €50 (please contact us for details). OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week).
