On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a pleasant living room with a TV, dining table (6 chairs), four-seater sofa and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Philips L'Or Barista capsule coffee machine. The living area opens onto a terrace. There is also a separate toilet on this level, as well as a bedroom with a wardrobe and a 140x190 double bed.



Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a bunk bed with two 90x190 beds and a desk area, as well as a second bedroom with a 180x190 double bed and a television. All bedrooms can be darkened and offer storage space for your personal effects.

The first floor also has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, electric towel rail and hairdryer.



To make the most of sunny days, the stone-paved terrace, which is completely enclosed by a wall and a gate, is furnished with a table, four chairs, two deckchairs, an electric plancha grill and an awning. The residence also has a pétanque court and a communal swimming pool, whose opening hours vary depending on the time of year.



The accommodation has Wi-Fi and a private parking space.

Pets are not allowed.

Security deposit (EUR 500, bank card imprint) + tourist tax (according to current rates)

Utilities (water + electricity) are included.

Linen is provided.

Although no cleaning fees are charged, guests are asked to respect the premises and leave them clean.



The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
