The living area includes a double sofa bed and a TV, while the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The bedrooms provide optimal comfort: two single beds (90 cm) in the first bedroom and one double bed (140 cm) in the second. The apartment also includes a shower room, separate toilet, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and new electric roller shutters.

A secure private parking space can be reserved nearby for €70 per week. , ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.

Optional additional services: Bed linen is not provided, but it can be reserved in advance and collected when you pick up the keys. A double bed kit costs €12, a single bed kit €9, and a towel kit (one large and one small towel) €8. A high chair or baby cot can be rented for €15 per week each.

The apartment must be returned clean and in good condition.

Final cleaning is the tenant’s responsibility, though a cleaning service can be requested up to 72 hours before departure (price provided upon request).

A security deposit must be settled before arrival. A payment link will be sent 10 days prior to check-in and must be completed online (no cash or checks accepted). We accept Chèques Vacances.
