The Cocoonr agency offers this lovely 35 m² apartment for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, the "Le Soleya" apartment consists of a beautiful, bright 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a dressing room, and a shower room with a toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on your arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with a sofa bed (140x190cm with real mattress), a dining table for 4 and a TV. The room is fitted with blackout shutters for the night
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, combined fridge-freezer (two shelves), two-ring induction hob, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave oven
- A bedroom with queen-size double bed (160x200cm), large dressing area and desk
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet

Neighbourhood :
- The flat is located on the "heights" of Dinard in a quiet area. As it is not in the town centre, traffic flows freely all year round! A range of local shops (Carrefour Market, bookshop/press, tobacconist, fast food outlets, post office and chemist) are just 5 minutes' walk away.
- Le Soleya is a 15-20 minute walk from the lively Saint-Enogat district, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, cafés and grocery shops, as well as the superb Saint-Enogat beach. The renowned Dinard Thalasso is located in the Saint-Enogat district.
- The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is an 11-minute walk away (in the town's hyper-centre). If you choose to come by car, there is plenty of parking available.
- Soleya's geographical position means you can quickly get to the main roads leading to the major tourist attractions (the Rance dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel and neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac, Lancieux, etc.).

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, rue du Soleya and the surrounding streets offer free parking spaces.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Saint-Malo railway station: 20 minutes by car
- Rennes airport: 1 hour by car
