📍 Ideal location

💳 Security deposit
A €250 security deposit is required for the rental. It is managed via a secure online service called Swikly, through a payment link, and must be completed before arrival.
A service fee of approximately €7 applies. The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card limits.
Within 7 days after departure, provided the terms and conditions are respected and the property is returned in perfect condition, the deposit request is automatically cancelled.

Check-in between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm: included
Late arrivals available upon request:
- Between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm: €35
- Between 10:00 pm and midnight: €65
- After midnight: €100

- Parties are not allowed: this is a quiet residence, please respect the neighbors and the peaceful environment.
- Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
