About This Property
Cocoonr offers this charming 72 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view for rent in Cannes, 200 metres from the beach. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a 20 m² terrace. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A 2 m² balcony overlooking a garden belonging to the co-owners and accessible to travellers.

The flat is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as restaurants, caterers, bakeries, etc.

Cycle paths allow you to cycle to Golfe Juan, or to the Croisette.
In summer: kayaks, pedalos, catamarans, windsurfers, e-foils, etc. for hire.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
