Discover this charming, newly renovated house, ideal for stays with family or friends!
It is located in a quiet, family-friendly and secure residence, closed by an electric gate. The beach is within walking distance, about 200 metres away, thanks to a pedestrian gate, and the shopping street of Vias Plage is about 500 metres away.
The accommodation has been designed to offer comfort, space and privacy. It consists of two separate areas, allowing everyone to enjoy their stay to the full.
The main house has a large, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom.
A separate area completes the accommodation and houses two additional bedrooms. Each has independent access from the outside, a 140 cm double bed and a private bathroom with WC, offering true autonomy.
👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The outdoor areas have been designed to allow you to enjoy your holiday to the full. A fully equipped summer kitchen and charcoal barbecue are perfect for sharing convivial meals. A large terrace with garden furniture, sheltered by a pergola, offers a pleasant space at any time of day.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. A bar cover ensures safety for children. An outdoor shower is also available.
The house has direct access to the beach on foot and is within easy reach of the shops, restaurants and entertainment of Vias Plage. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
👉 For your arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides you with a welcome kit including tea towels and microfibre cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bin bags and a bath mat, so that you can settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive.
👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available and contactable throughout your stay.

## Access
You can park easily in front of the house. Parking spaces at the residence are free and not allocated.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bikes and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline.
The various beaches of Vias are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from the on-site car parks. A wide range of water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking. The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival.
Travellers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person.
A baby kit (travel cot + high chair) can be hired for €10 per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €250 including VAT.
Cleaning is compulsory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning is made on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Animals are not allowed in this accommodation.
