This new, fully equipped 56 m² apartment is ideal for a stay with family or friends, offering all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. It is located in a private, secure residence, allowing you to enjoy a carefree stay: the beach and shopping street are within walking distance.
The bright living room has a sofa bed (140 cm), a dining table, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and direct access to the outdoor areas.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook as you would at home. It includes: a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and all the necessary utensils.
The accommodation has two comfortable bedrooms:
- one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and EMMA memory foam mattress,
- one bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends, also equipped with EMMA mattresses.
👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The functional and well-appointed bathroom includes a shower, sink, towel dryer and hairdryer.
The toilet is separate and has a washing machine.
Outdoor areas:
You will enjoy a 16 m² shaded terrace, furnished with garden furniture and an electric plancha grill, ideal for al fresco dining.
A private 83 m² garden with artificial grass, two sun loungers and a private pétanque court (set of 6 boules provided) offers the perfect space for relaxation and shared moments.
For a refreshing dip, the Mediterranean Sea is only 100 m away, accessible via a direct path from the residence.

The property has two private parking spaces, one of which is right next to the flat, ideal for unloading your luggage on arrival.
A secure bicycle storage room is also available in the residence.
👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service will provide you with a welcome kit, including tea towels, microfibre cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bin bags and bath mats, so that you can settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive.

By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, accommodation is only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Travellers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of £100 including VAT.
Cleaning is compulsory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning is made on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
