It has a swimming pool, a closed garden and Wi-Fi access, offering an ideal setting for family or friends holidays. The beach is only 600 metres away, shops are 800 metres away and Lacanau lake is 5 km away.



The spacious living area is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a table with chairs, offering a comfortable space to relax and share meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils.



The villa has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 140 cm and benefits from a private bathroom with shower and washbasin. The second bedroom offers a double bed in 160 cm and is served by an independent bathroom with shower and washbasin. The ground floor toilets are independent and equipped with a hand basin. Upstairs, the mezzanine is a relaxation area with sofa and television. The third bedroom offers two single beds of 80 cm and benefits from a bathroom with WC.



Outside, the terrace is fitted with a garden lounge and a barbecue, while the pool house houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The 4 x 8 metre swimming pool allows you to fully enjoy sunny days. Several parking spaces are available within the property.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and can be offered as an option, upon request. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
