The villa has five bedrooms:
On the ground floor, three bedrooms, two with double beds (one overlooking the pool), and one with a bunk bed, ideal for children. You will also find a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, as well as a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and balcony, and a master suite with a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Outside, enjoy a covered terrace for al fresco dining, as well as a heated and secure swimming pool, perfect for all ages (open and heated from May to September). Parking is available in front of the property.
