Located in a quiet one way street, this charming arcachonnaise house of about 60 m2, distributed on two levels, can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, the entrance serves independent toilets, a pleasant dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, three-fire ceramic glass hob, hood, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room, comfortable and bright, has a TV and a convertible corner sofa (140 cm bed). A cellar completes this level and offers an appreciable storage space, with direct access to the garden. Upstairs, the landing serves two attic rooms lit by Velux: a 1st East facing bedroom, equipped with a bed 140 cm, a 2nd West facing bedroom, with a bed 140 cm and a bed 70 cm (additional bed), a bathroom with toilet completes the floor. Outside, you will enjoy a garden of about 70 m2, with two terraces, completely sheltered from the eyes. Garden furniture and plancha invite you to relax in a quiet and friendly setting, exposed West. This family home in excellent condition seduces by its typical Arcachonnais charm, its old parquet floors and its comfort services: reversible air conditioning in each room and electric shutters on the Velux. The location is ideal: local shops (boulangerie, cheese maker, caterer...) 250 meters, beaches 750 meters and downtown Arcachon 2 km away. Free parking on the street is easy. Please note: the semi-detached house is also available for seasonal rental (ref. 419 – 110 m2, garden, 3 bedrooms, 6 beds), allowing you to consider stays with family or friends while maintaining its independence. Pets not allowed. Linen is not provided, but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo code: holidays33). Available in the house: umbrella bed (up to 3–4 years), baby bath and chair reducer. Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). The end-of-stay cleaning is included, subject to regular maintenance during the rental.
