- one bedroom with double bed 140x 200cm,

- cellar, smoke detector, clothes hangers.

The estate has a private parking lot with no reserved parking spaces.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not permitted.

By train, the nearest station is Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-Le Fayet, about 10 minutes away by car. From here, you can easily reach other major French cities.

By bus, several lines serve Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, providing easy access to nearby ski resorts.

By plane, Geneva airport is around 1 hour's drive away, offering convenient international connections.
