Located on the top floor of a building in the heart of Cannes, this spacious and very bright apartment offers an ideal setting for your stay. Thanks to its numerous windows and skylights, natural light bathes each room throughout the day. Just a 2-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute walk from the city center, the beaches, and the Palais des Festivals, it boasts a rare asset: a private elevator with direct access to the apartment.

The apartment is air-conditioned in all rooms for optimal comfort, even in the height of summer. It consists of two bedrooms with king-size beds (160x200 and 180x190), including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The living room features a sofa bed (160x200), comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. A second bathroom, also with a shower, and a separate toilet are also available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and blender.

Bed linens and towels are provided for a worry-free stay.

Need to accommodate more people? Two independent studios, located in the same building, can also be booked. Each can accommodate up to two people, for a total of four additional guests.
