PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small residence, accessible by lift.
Upon entering, you are welcomed into the main living area. The lounge is arranged with a sofa and television, creating a comfortable and well-balanced space.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and separated by a breakfast counter with high stools, forming a convivial dining area.
Large sliding glass doors open onto a balcony. From the living room, there is also access to a loggia arranged as a relaxation area, featuring a leather armchair and a small sofa—an ideal retreat for reading or quiet moments away from the main living space.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), adjoining a shower room with WC.
Throughout the apartment, the décor is inspired by the maritime world, expressed through understated tones and a harmonious, coastal aesthetic.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
