- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hob, fridge, freezer) and dining area,
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, high chair, clothes hangers,
- TV, satellite or cable, wifi, books,
- central heating, fan, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector,
- free parking available in adjacent streets.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.
